  • 1 star review  Whether it be a new scooter you’re after or even a second hand one then I would go elsewhere.like many vulnerable disabled people who wants their scooters serviced there are better places out the that have proper equipment and well trained technicians that will not rip you off.here at nbr they charge £45 pound an hour that’s more than a garage charge to fix motors,to service a scooter we’ll there’s not much to service,but personally I would give this place a wide birth one star for me as can’t leave a half a star.there more interested in the money than helping you with your disabilities.sorry but this is my own personal experience with dealing with this company.

  • 5 star review  Very friendly, informative and helpful. We are in the process of getting our second biggish bit of kit for the car from NBR. We will certainly go back if we need something else, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

  • 5 star review  Been with NBR for several years, and satisfactory service and always there for me when I have broken down. Normally with me within the hour and either fixed the problem on site if this was not possible, always left me with a loan power chair. Would not hesitate in recommending Nigel and his staff for excellent service and well priced equipment.

  • 1 star review  i wouldnt recommend this place. Couldnt even give a estamated price for my mums scooter to be fixed. seemed rude and didnt care. I have now gone else where which means traveling a little but well worse for a honest helpful reliable business. Feel bad for elders who have no Choice but to believe these people and pay the price for it. Disappointed as reviews seemed good but everyone is different.
